As a woman, I know how important it is to always look your best, in the healthiest way of course. I wanted to share a few of my natural beauty tips for healthy skin!
- Lemon and honey! I love using a lemon and honey mask a few days a
week. The lemon has vitamin C which is great for the skin. It purifies and brightens the skin, giving it a healthy glow. The honey is the perfect natural moisturizer, leaving the skin gentle and soft.
- Witch Hazel!!! Witch hazel is a natural astringent and draws out impurities from
the skin. I use it about 3 times a day over my skin.
- Even Healy! Even Healy is my favorite natural brand of skin care products. Every product is pure and free from chemicals, making it perfect on all skin types. I use this line twice a day, morning, and night. It’s great for oily and combination skin.
- Water!!!!! Water is the most important element when it comes to skincare. I try to drink at least 6-8 glasses a day and I have noticed a significant change in my skin! It’s extremely helpful when we have those days where our hormones are out of control, leaving us with those hideous black/whiteheads.
